6/4 Classroom Update - Last Week of School!

Thank you so very much for sharing your child with me and for such a wonderful year. I truly adore all our preschoolers and will cherish so many wonderful memories from this year. We had a great year full of laughter, learning, playing, hard work and fun experiences. I am so appreciative of all your support and patience as we navigated new challenges due to the pandemic. Despite the challenges, I am so grateful that we were able to provide a safe and fun learning environment for all of our preschool friends. I hope to see everyone around town and I can't wait to hear about all the amazing things our preschoolers (and now some kindergarteners!) will accomplish in the future! I will miss everyone, but I hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing summer!

T/Th 3's Class:

This week, we had so much fun learning and playing with bubbles! We spent Tuesday mostly outside for Field Day where we were able to explore lots of fun outdoor stations! Some of the outdoor stations included bowling, musical instruments, parachute, bubbles, chalk, an obstacle course, and a ball toss game. We also cooled down with some popsicles at the end of the day! On Thursday, we made "bouncing" bubbles and each got a chance to see if we could make our bubbles bounce. We also made our own bubble wands and tested to see what happens when you blow bubbles slow versus fast. We ended our last day with a fun summer send-off where we were able to show off some of what we've learned with Ms. Janet during music this year. It was so wonderful to be able to celebrate such a fun year with our families! PM 5's Class:

This week, we had so much fun learning and playing outside! On Tuesday, we had the best time running through sprinklers, playing in pools, and playing field day games. We bowled, hula hooped, played with the parachute, completed an obstacle course in dinosaur feet, played musical instruments, and played with ocean animals in pools. We enjoyed popsicles and a snack in the shade the cool down after! On Wednesday, we completed our centers outside and experimented to see what happens when you blow bubbles slow versus fast, built syllable towers for summer words, and camped outside. On Thursday, we made a summer bucket list of places we're hoping to go and things we're hoping to do over the summer. You can see it below! We loved being able to share a music class with our families during the Summer Send-off and to celebrate a wonderful year together! Have a great summer!
