3/16 Classroom Update

This week, we loved exploring different ways to make a rainbow! Together, we made a rainbow using a flashlight and prism, created a liquid rainbow, and mixed colors to make new colors. We also created rainbow art while experimenting with mixing different colored vinegar with baking soda. This week, we also read the classic friendship story of The Rainbow Fish and created our own unique, sparkly rainbow fish (now on display in the hall!). Here are some picture highlights from our week in preschool:

Creating rainbow art while conducting a science experiment!

Searching for gold letter matches in the Rainbow Rice!

Building rainbow patterns with skittles!

Our Rainbow Fish in the hallway!

Working on the letter A in her Handwriting Without Tears workbook!

Making numbers and shamrocks with playdough!

Next week, we will be learning about our community and different places within our community, as well as the difference between needs versus wants!
