3/28 Classroom Update

This week, we continued learning about communities and community helpers! We learned about many of the important jobs people do in a community and why they are important. We also thought about what jobs we might like to do when we grow up! Here are some picture highlights from our week in preschool:

We read about different community helper jobs and focused on the words "I am a...."

We built community helper hats with pattern blocks.

We made "I is for Insect" letter book pages!

We matched community helpers with the tools they need to do their jobs.

We played with construction trucks in the sand table.

We "tried on" different jobs with our community helper flip books!

We painted firemen to go along with our "5 Little Firemen" rhyme!

After spring break, we will begin studying different word families and learn about spring!
