3/8 Classroom Update

This week, we continued to learn about various forms of transportation and focused on the letter Y. We also opened a new dramatic play airport center and spent lots of time learning about airports and air travel. Here are some picture highlights from the week:

We made airplanes!

We explored how we use the forces of push and pull in our classroom.

We learned all about air travel and played in our new classroom airport.

Seat belts fastened and ready to take off!

We sorted how we use pushes and pulls in everyday life!

We sang and acted out "The Clock Song" with Ms. Janet!

We read the fun story If I Built a Car and designed our own dream cars.

We explored how the force push is used in the game of bowling!

We practiced writing the letter Y with both wet-dry-try and in our workbooks!

Next week, we will be exploring colors and learning about the rainbow!
